We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Before Work Begins: If you request cancellation before any design work has started, a full refund will be issued.
Within 24 Hours of Order: You may request a partial refund (minus processing fees) within 24 hours if initial concepts have not been delivered.
Refunds will not be issued if:
You approved a logo concept or requested revisions.
Final files have been delivered.
Delay is caused due to lack of client response.
You change your mind or no longer need the service after work has started.
If you’re not satisfied with the initial designs, we encourage you to use the included revisions. We aim to work with you until you are happy with the result.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in termination of all services and intellectual property rights.
